Despite emergence breast conservation technique modified Radical Mastectomy still remains most commonly performed surgery for CA Breast. The Harmonic scalpel a surgical instrument used to simultaneously cut and cauterize tissue. Two groups made by applying lottery method. One group treated hormonic other electrocautery. All surgeries done under general anesthesia two teams.
